Finding the perfect recipe for beginners

I am not a beginner in the kitchen, but I do get overwhelmed at times when I try to take on a complicated recipe....It is always best to start out with simple things like this because it will get you used to working in the kitchen if you haven't before. These cupcakes are heavenly and take little effort..I should have taken pictures while I did it, I will next time...This blog thing is new to me :)
